Having won the Champions league, Premier league, F A, Cup and other mini silver wares, plus several individual awards, Manchester City Players are definitely on the big boys' sheet of the football world.
Manchester City have a star-studded squad and the city board have handed out lots of lucrative contracts since the big money spenders took over.
Erling Haaland, Kevin De Bruyne and Jack Grealish are all on lucrative contracts at Man City, including others that are on the list below.
The amounts mentioned here are before taxes and in no way include the array of bonuses that are included in the fine print of every contract.
10. Manuel Akanji - £180k
Manuel joined City from Dortmund in 2022. He got a significant wage increase, going from £41,000-per-week to £180,000-per-week at the Etihad.

The Portugal international has played a vita role in City's rise to stardom. Dias was initially earning just £90,000-per-week at the Etihad. Upon winning the Football Writers' Association (FWA) Footballer of the Year award in his debut season, he signed a new six-year contract and City doubled his salary.

The 23-year-old Croatia international bought from RB Leipzig in a £77.6million deal in 2023, City are giving him a reported £200,000-per-week.

Rodri signed a new five-year deal at the Etihad in July 2022, which saw his wages go from £121,000-per-week to £220,000-per-week. He has become one of the most important team players at City netting the only goal in the Champions league final against Inter Milan.

He needs no introduction to any football lover, Foden has grown from the academy boy to a formidable midfielder in Manchester City. His hardwork rewarded him with a new contract in October 2022, which took his pay to the £225,000-per-week. He was named the PFA player of the just concluded season 2023/24.
5. John Stones - £250k
Joined City from Everton in the summer of 2016 at £47.5million contract. Currently he is earning £250,000-per-week, making him the second-highest-paid defender in the Premier League after Manchester United's Raphael Varane. The England international may extend his contract, due to expire by end of the 2025/26 season.
4.Jack Grealish - £300k
City, signed Grealish in a £100million deal in 2021 with a six-year contract worth £300,000-per-week. Aside his heavy wages at the Etihad, he also earns £10million-a-year from Puma and has lucrative contracts with Gucci and boohooMAN.

He was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona or Paris Saint-Germain and was also offered a £500,000-a-week contract by big spending Saudi League side Al Hilal. Since then, City doubled Silva's £150,000-per-week wages in 2023 in order to ward off external interest.

The striker netted 52 goals in all competitions in his debut season and a record-breaking 36 goals in the EPL. Justifying the City forward base salary of £375,000-per-week, aside other bonuses (According to The Daily Mail).

The Belgium international is currently the highest-paid player in the English Premier League. Joining City from Wolfsburg in the summer of 2015, City's contract offer in January 2021, landed him a £400,000-per-week deal. A ballon d'or runner up, former PFA Player of the season, F A cup winner, Champions league winner to name but a few, he sure deserves it.
