Paris FC and Super Falcons goalkeeper Chiamaka Nnadozie has been crowned the best goalkeeper in the French D1 Arkema.
Nnadozie has been rewarded for an excellent season with the award for best goalkeeper in the French Women's league. '
The Paris FC shot-stopper beat out strong competition from Lyon's Christiane Endler and Katarzyna Kiedrzynek of Paris SG to the award.
Nnadozie named best keeper in France
This recognition caps an excellent past few years for Nnadozie, who is now arguably one of the best keepers on the planet.
Nnadozie is famous for her penalty saves after stopping seven penalties this season, the most in all of Europe.
The president of Paris FC, Pierre Ferracci, believes that she truly deserves to win an award for her incredible performance.
"It's very pleasing because she deserves it and achieved an exceptional Champions League and not only on penalties.
"She is adorable. It is deserved. We know that she will be courted this summer but we will try to keep her," Ferracci said at the ceremony.
Paris FC are third in the league with 42 points.
