However, Palmer, who is believed to earn around £80,000 per week, is on significantly less than many of his fellow first- team regulars. Raheem Sterling, for instance, is thought to be on £325,000 per week.

Former Wolves and Real Madrid manager Julen Lopetegui is pushing for a move to AC Milan as the Serie A giants look to replace Stefano Pioli, according to Rudy Galetti.
