Chelsea co-owner, Todd Boehly, has called on fans to be patient with "the process" as the Premier League club continues to struggle under Mauricio Pochettino.
Speaking to Forbes, Boehly said the squad must be given time to evolve into a team.
He said: "We just need to let the process develop and give our squad the time to go from being unbelievable individual players with great skills to fold into a team".
"We just have to continue to stay the course."
The Blues are currently sitting in 11th place on the Premier League table.
However, they have a chance to win silverware, as they face Manchester City in the FA Cup semi-final.
