Chelsea's midfielder, Cole Palmer has continued to show his employers that every penny of the £40 million that was paid to Manchester City was not wasted.
The 21-year-old has hit the ground running since he joined the Blue side of London during the 2023 summer transfer window. He scored and assisted for Chelsea during their 3-2 win against Newcastle, taking his goal tally in the league to 11 this season.
Palmer has now ewualled the same number of goal contribution as Jude Bellingham has done for Real Madrid. Both youngsters currently are on 19 goals contributions in Europe's top five leagues this season, the most of any player aged 21 or below.
Bellingham has scored 16 goals for Real Madrid and assisted three in LaLiga, which have been a remarkable season for the England international. On the other hand, Palmer has 11 goals and eight assists in the Premier League for Chelsea.
