In response to the level of hardship Nigerians are facing, Alhaji Asari Dokubo, Chieftain of the Kalabari Kingdom, has reacted to the matter. He stated that one dollar is almost two thousand naira, but he has received some revelation that it will soon go down and things will soon go back to normal. He further stated that foreign currencies are going down compared to what they were last week, which is an indicator that President Bola Tinubu listens to people's advice and is working to ensure that Nigeria gets better.
Speaking further in a video posted on Facebook, Asari Dokubo stated that whenever President Bola Ahmed Tinubu does anything wrong, he will come out and question him, but he doesn't stop there; he also prays for President Tinubu to succeed. He added that he goes to the mosque with his Mallam friends to pray for President Tinubu almost every day to show that he truly supports the president.
According to him, "A dollar is almost N2000, but foreign currencies are now coming down, and you think President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. does not listen to advice?" He does. We are hearing some revelations that the dollar rate will soon come down, things are going to be normal again, and there is going to be a new dawn. I don't talk about things that I'm not involved in; everything I say, I'm passionately involved in. I pray for Tinubu; I take mallams, and I pray for him; I don't just come out and shout; I also pray for him."
