The Premier League season is in full swing, and with just over a third of the season played, the fight for the title and the battle against relegation are starting to take shape. As Matchday 26 approaches, here's a look at the current standings:
Liverpool sits comfortably at the top of the table with 60 points, but they can't afford to relax as Manchester City is hot on their heels with 56 points. The Citizens have a game in hand, making the title race even more exciting.
Arsenal maintains their position in the top three with 55 points, but they face a crucial test against Newcastle, who are looking to return to the Champions League next season.
Tottenham is also in the mix for the top four, sitting just two points behind Aston Villa with 49 points. However, they face a tough battle against a resurgent Crystal Palace, who are pushing for a top-half finish.
Manchester United is still in contention for the top four and it seems like they have found consistency after a string of disappointing results. Fulham is exceeding expectations this season and will be aiming to upset Manchester United at Old Trafford today.
The bottom of the table is incredibly tight, with just 12 points separating Crystal Palace from the relegation zone. Luton Town (18th) and Burnley (19th) are currently in the relegation zone, with 20 and 13 points respectively.
Everton sits levelled on points with the Hatters at the relegation zone and faces a crucial match against Brighton, who are looking to solidify their European spot.
