Stanley Nwabali has vowed to put in more impressive performances for the Super Eagles, DAILY POST reports.
The Chippa United goalkeeper stood out for Nigeria in the semi-final victory against South Africa on Wednesday night.
Nwabali saved two kicks in the penalty shootout and was at his best in the game as the Super Eagles won 4-2 on penalties after scores stood at 1-1 in regulation and extra time.
"I want to be consistent whenever I get to play for my country," the 27-year-old told a press conference in Bouake.
The former Enyimba shot stopper was named Man of the Match after the game.
He has conceded twice in six games at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
