Barely four days to the crucial quarter-final match against Nigeria all seems not to be well in the camp of Palancas Negras of Angola.
The team reched the quarter- final of the competition for the first time in their history after 3-0 win over Namibia on Satturday.
According to an update from the team camp in Abidjan, star player Ben Mukendi on Monday decided to dump the team and return to his club in Portugal.
Mukendi was one of the top players for the country during the qualifiers but he has been unable to secure a regular playing in the competition.
The player it was gathered was not happy been on the bench and decided to return to his Club Casa Pia in Portugal.
