Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has issued a warning to his players about flaunting their wealth online, after Jack Grealish burglary.
Guardiola's statement came after burglars targeted Grealish's £5.6 million Cheshire home while his partner, Sasha Attwood, and several relatives were present.
The incident, which occurred while Grealish was away playing against Everton, resulted in the theft of £1 million worth of watches and gems despite the property's security measures.
Following this, Guardiola advised his players to exercise discretion on their activities on social media.
"The less they know what you are doing, the better. People are waiting. Waiting to see where you are," he said.
Guardiola also stated the emotional trouble the player will have, while drawing parallels with a similar incident involving City's Joao Cancelo in 2021..
