Well, Rasmus Højlund made another appearance for Manchester United in today's match as he carried on with his unconvincing run of performances against West Ham United. The Danish International was subbed off quite early in this encounter since he wasn't having any positive impact on Manchester United's performance against West Ham United. The 20-year-old wasn't supplied with any clear-cut goalscoring opportunities in this match which also contributed to why he had a bad game for Manchester United.
Well, I believe Rasmus Højlund's long goal-drought in the Premier League this season should be blamed on Manchester United's uncreative wingers. The Danish International has made 13 good appearances for Man Utd in the Premier League this season, having no goal or assist to boast of. Manchester United wingers are also not helping issues with their selfish style of play which is based on individuality. The likes of Alejandro Garnacho, Antony Santos, and Marcus Rashford barely create any good goalscoring opportunities for Rasmus Højlund who is most of the time isolated in the striking position. It's high time Manchester United played to Rasmus Højlund's strength if they genuinely want to get the best performance out of him this season.
