'I wanted to do business, not to go abroad

An embattled Nigerian woman breaks the silence after being called out by her husband for failing her Masters' exam in the UK, risking their deportation to Nigeria.

This comes after the said man called out his wife through a relationship adviser, accusing her of being a dullard and wasting his investments on her.

'I wanted to do business, not to go abroad

Addressing the allegations levelled against the woman, she affirmed that it was never her dream to relocate to the UK. She made this known via a voice note making rounds on social media.

She added that she specifically insisted on doing business in Nigeria but her husband had caught the 'japa' fever; hence, followed the wave of other Nigerians that relocated.

The woman who is pregnant with their child further lamented the struggle of carrying their baby, at the same time balancing it with academics.

She accused her husband of domestic violence while they were in Nigeria and how he can not dare to raise his hands against her abroad.
