British billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe has met with former Chelsea boss, Graham Potter, to replace Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
Ratcliffe is set to take control of football operations at United with a 25 per cent stake worth £1.3 billion.
According to The Sun, he is considering Potter as a potential replacement for Ten Hag at Old Trafford.
Although he will not sack Ten Hag immediately, Ratcliffe will be forced to reassess the situation if the Red Devils' poor form fails to improve.
United bowed out of Europe completely this week after finishing bottom of their Champions League group.
The team also sits in sixth place ahead of a crunch clash at Liverpool this weekend.
