UEFA Champions League Round of 16 Draw: Everything you need to know

The 2023/24 edition of the UEFA Champions League is on the verge of reaching the last 16, with four slots remaining to be filled heading into matchday six this week.

Several teams have already qualified for the next round, while major European heavyweights such as Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain, and Galatasaray remain in contention for a spot in the last 16.

According to GOAL, all four Spanish teams are through to the round of 16, whereas Germany has three teams in the knockout stage and England and Italy have two teams each.

12 clubs have qualified for the knockout stages of the 2023/24 UCL campaign, with four slots still available as the group stage concludes this week ahead of the last-16 draws in Switzerland.

When is the UCL last-16 draw?

The draw for the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 stage will take place on Monday, December 18 in Nyon, Switzerland, at the House of European Football.

It is set to begin at 11:00am GMT in the United Kingdom.
