Reason being that, it can fasten your chances or risk of developing cardiovascular problems.such as heart diseases or even heart attack. Even if you used to smoke and nothing happened in the past, you have to stop as you grow older for the sake of your life.

3. Leading a Sedentary Life; this is another highly unhealthy habit that should be done away with as you grow older. Reason being that leading a sedentary lifestyle is one of the factors that can raise your risk of many health problems; most notably type 2 diabetes and even heart diseases. Most times, people say they have grown older and because of that, they start eating and relaxing so much, not knowing that, this is actually a problem if you don't retrace your steps.

4. Cut Down On Your Intake of Red meats; this is another habit that should be done away with. Reason being that some of the meat contain cholesterol and LDL cholesterol and triglycerides are totally unhealthy for the body and even more dangerous for older people. So for your own good, you have to cut down on how you eat such things, go back to nature by consuming fruits, vegetables, healthy meats like chicken, turkey etc. if you want to be healthy and free from health problems.
