Former Chelsea ace, Chris Sutton, has claimed that Manchester United dressing room is full of 'snakes'.
Ten Hag is again facing a battle to save his job at Man United following the team's unimpressive display this term.
However, Sutton fears the problems at Man United go way beyond Ten Hag and turned his ire on three Red Devils stars.
Speaking ahead of Man United's Premier League clash with Chelsea on Wednesday, Sutton told Mail Sport: "This is far bigger than Ten Hag. He has players in that dressing room who are snakes, as far as I am concerned.
"Players who are not running. Bruno Fernandes is not running. Marcus Rashford is not running. Anthony Martial is not running. They are talented players, so why?
"Bruno Fernandes, I don't know what position he plays. But Bruno is the captain. If Roy Keane was captain, if Steve Bruce was captain, if Bryan Robson was captain of that team, would they be allowing what goes on out on the field?
"It is the manager who carries the can, but would they allow players not to run back and not pull their weight?"
Man United presently sit in 7th position on the Premier League table with 24 points after 14 games.
