The Super Falcons' World Cup heroes, Chiamaka Nnadozie and Asisast Oshoala, were on the final Women's Player of the Year award shortlist.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has hailed the five-time African Player of the Year, Asisat Oshoala, as one of the shortlisted players for the CAF Women's Awards.
Oshoala battle for top honors
Pulse Sports reported that the Super Falcons' World Cup heroes, Chiamaka Nnadozie and Asisast Oshoala, were on the final Women's Player of the Year award shortlist.
Nnadozie and Oshoala will go head-to-head for the accolade, with both players standing a chance of taking the trophy home.
Oshoala was a key component of Barcelona Femeni's second UWCL title in three years, while she also became the first African player to score in three consecutive FIFA Women's World Cup tournaments.

After releasing the CAF Women's Awards categories, CAF has revealed that Oshoala has been consistent.
