There are five players that could ditch England and switch international allegiance ahead of Euro 2024.
Gareth Southgate's men are looking to go one step further when they travel to Germany next summer for Euro 2024.
The Three Lions fell to an agonising penalty shootout defeat in the final of Euro 2020 against Italy at Wembley Stadium.
England confirmed their place in next year's tournament after beating Italy 3-1 last month.
With qualification now secured, the attention will shift towards what players Southgate will include in his 23-man squad.
Ahead of the England boss making his decisions, there is a long list of players who could snub England and switch international allegiance, we have picked out five key names.
Anthony Gordon
Despite showing fine form for Newcastle United, Gordon is yet to be capped at senior level for the Three Lions. Having played for England U21, Gordon has been attracting the attention of Scotland and the Republic of Ireland.
Eddie Nketiah
Arsenal striker Nketiah could still switch his international allegiance despite already being capped by England. Ghana are set to be interested. Nketiah made his England debut last month during a friendly clash against Australia at Wembley.
Eberechi Eze
Crystal Palace talisman Eze could represent Nigeria but that seems unlikely as the midfielder has already been involved in multiple England squads before and has already been capped twice by Southgate.
Morgan Gibbs White
Jamaica have targetted many of England's stars before and Gibbs White is one of them. The Nottingham Forest star has yet to be given a senior cap by Southgate.
Ezri Konsa
After a brilliant start to the 23/24 season under Unai Emery, Aston Villa defender Konsa received his first call-up this week after an injury to Chelsea man Levi Colwill. However, Konsa is reportedly eligible to play for DR Congo, Angola and Portugal.
