Halima Abubakar makes first public appearance after two years on sick bed

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar made a public appearance for the first time in a while following her struggle with an undisclosed illness she battled with for almost two years.

In the ongoing Governorship election in Kogi State, the Nollywood star stepped out to perform her civil responsibility.

Sharing photos and clips online, she expressed her honor at being back in her state, noting that it marked her first outing in two years.

Expressing gratitude to God, Halima Abubakar expresses joy for returning to her hometown to be part of a history-making activity.

"It was an honor Kogi state. Nothing like home🙏 Kogi state election👏🏾 My first outing in 2years🎉 God showed up for me 🙏🙏Amb halima Abubakar," she wrote.

It is worth noting that Halima had been sick after her alleged relationship with the controversial man of God, Apostle Suleman. Despite the preacher denying their relationship, the actress insisted that her life turned miserable after they parted sideways and has since been bedridden until now.

Fans and well-wishers are filled with joy to see the actress on her feet again.
