Chelsea boss, Mauricio Pochettino has identified captain Reece James as one of the best full-backs in the world.
James started for Chelsea in their Carabao Cup 2-0 win over Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday.
The England international recently returned back from injury.
He was brilliant for Chelsea as two goals from Benoit Badiashile and Raheem Sterling ensured the Blues defeated Blackburn Rovers at Stamford Bridge.
Speaking about James, Pochettino said as quoted by Fabrizio Romano:
"Reece James is one of the best fullbacks in the world, it's key to have him back.
"We need our captain to stay fit and help the team. We go step by step but he's a key player for us".
