Fans have claimed that the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw was rigged.
This week, the Carabao Cup took centre stage as the fourth-round matches were played.
On Tuesday night, Championship side Middlesbrough and League One outfit Port Vale sealed their place in the last eight.
The likes of Newcastle United, West Ham United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Fulham and Everton completed the lineup on Wednesday night.
After Newcastle's brilliant 3-0 win over Manchester United at Old Trafford, the draw for the next round was made live on Sky Sports.
However, Magpies fans have labelled the draw as rigged after they were given an away tie against Chelsea.
It is yet another tough tie for Eddie Howe's men after they played Manchester City in the third round before facing United in the fourth round.
Carabao Cup quarter-final draw:
Chelsea vs Newcastle United
Liverpool vs West Ham United
Port Vale vs Middlesbrough
Everton vs Fulham
Reacting on social media, one fan said: "Another rigged draw. This competition is a joke. Scrap the league cup."
Another tweeted: "These draws have to be rigged man. Can't even get an average team in any one of them."
A third fan added: "Such a fix how the only two non-Prem teams playing against each other."
Newcastle boss Howe said: "We're determined to try and do well in every game and I think internally that's how we're looking at it.
"We've prepared as well as we could and we picked the team we felt could win. Now we'll try and do the same for Arsenal and it's doing that on consistent basis."
He continued: "It was a massive performance from the players. I can't credit them enough. Some great stories to come out the game from our perspective.
"The only negative was Matt Targett, that was a huge blow for us early in the game. Even more credit to the players for the response after that moment and some giant performances from the players."
