JUST IN: Confusion As "Removed House Leader" Emerges Rivers Assembly New Speaker

Rt. Hon. Ehie Edison has emerged as the New speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

Report had it that Edison was earlier removed as the speaker of the house.

The announcement was made In a tweet on X by a group called SIM Media Volunteers.

The tweet reads, "Rt. Hon. Ehie Edison emerges Speaker Rivers State House Of Assembly."

Thereafter the state Governor on his official X page quoted the tweet and said "Congratulations Mr. Speaker."
