Fans have reacted on social media as Georgina Rodriguez graced the latest cover of Vogue Portugal, with some accusing the magazine of altering her curves.
Georgina Rodríguez is once again at the centre of the headlines following her latest shoot for Vogue magazine.
Last week, Pulse Sports reported that Cristiano Ronaldo's stunning Wag was summoned to court over a lawsuit against 2 television channels looking to publish information about her past.
The hearing which was held last week is understood to have been a move by Jaca to prevent third parties from digging into her past life before she met CR7 - all of which she considers private.
However, days later, Georgina Rodriguez was unveiled as the latest cover star of fashion magazine 'Vogue' in Portugal.
However, the stylish Wag who has a net worth estimated at US$10 million was once more the topic of discussion on social media over her appearance on Vogue's cover.
Georgina Rodriguez sparks controversy over Vogue cover
Ronaldo's girlfriend who loves to flaunt her beauty and curves on her social networks was seemingly called out over her recent appearance for Vogue's shoot.
The 29-year-old Argentine-born influencer and model usually rocks exotic clothing from some of the world's famous brands to enhance her striking figure, while usually complimenting with expensive jewellery to enforce her idea of the high standard of living.
And that should come as no surprise to anyone, since shares her life with the highest-paid athlete in the world - Cristiano Ronaldo.
However, what a number of fans found quite interesting is that Georgina's usual curves seemingly disappeared in her recent pose for fashion magazine 'Vogue' in Portugal.
The publication released two different covers of Gio which she shared on her Instagram page.
In one of them she appears lying down reading a book in a printed dress.
In another, she is seen wearing pants and a denim jacket and carrying a bottle of detergent in front of a washing machine.
However, it is the latter that has sparked controversy on social media and fans accused her photographer of retouching the photo until she looks unrecognisable.
One user commented: 'Omg the first one is not you, they made you a super retouch. You have curves body and here not so bad that you let yourself do that when you don't need it'.
Another user wrote: 'Too much photoshop 😢😮😮😮😮'
A third user replied: 'It's been a while with the filters'
Another user responded: 'Then what happened to her? That they changed his body'
Vogue director responds to controversy over Georgina Rodriguez's cover photo
Following the controversy generated over Jaca's latest shoot, the director of Vogue Portugal, José Santana, has now shared his thoughts on the 'photoshop' allegations.
"There is controversy about whether or not she has used Photoshop..., many people thought it was an old photo of Georgina, from when she was young. "I know she looks thinner," he told Let's See.
Santana then offered an explanation as to why fans have the perception about her looks for Vogue: "Many times the models, when they know they are going to be photographed, prepare for the shooting."
Georgina Rodriguez recently showed support for victims of the ongoing war in Israel via a post on her Instagram story.
