The Commissioner of Police, Lagos State Police Command, Idowu Owohunwa, is scheduled to give a fresh update concerning the investigation into the death of late, Ilerioluwa Aloba, aka Mohbad, on Friday (today).
Newsmen gathered that the Lagos Police Commissioner would be addressing the press on the progress of the investigation by 3 p.m. this afternoon at the Command Headquarters in Ikeja.
It was learned that Owohunwa is expected to give updates on issues like the number of people that have been arrested and invited so far in relation to the case.
Recall that the Lagos police, on September 18, inaugurated a 13-man special investigation team to probe the singer's death, vowing to do all in its power to fish out everyone indicted in the case.
It was in relation to the investigation that the corpse of the late singer, who died on 12th September, was exhumed on September 21, for autopsy.
Also, in relation to the matter, the police, in the past few days, have arrested Naira Marley, Sam Larry, Prime Boy and others for interrogation and investigation.
Following his mysterious death at age 27, several fans and followers of the late singer have demanded justice for him, with most of them taking to the streets to march in demand justice for Mohbad.
