In a recent video making the rounds on social media, Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), Olumuyiwa Adejobi explained why Naira Marley and Sam Larry can be held accountable for Mohbad's death.
In the latest video, Ademuyiwa informs Nigerians about the wounds that the late Mohbad suffered and how those who did them can be held accountable for his demise.
Remember how a shot of the late singer's tummy showed a sizable scar? It appeared online. Despite the scar being entirely healed, the injury nevertheless appeared to be quite significant.
In October 2022, a video also surfaced online where Mohbad cries out again after being beaten to a pulp at Marlian's house with bruises around his body. He ends up receiving drips at the hospital.
In the same 2023, Mohbad also disclosed that if he dies, they should hold Naira Marley and Marlian Music responsible as they are after his life.
Also, the video of Sam Larry harassing and assaulting Mohbad while he was alive also triggered reactions online.
According to Ademuyiwa, Sam Larry and Naira Marley are not safe as the degree of the injury also determines the nature of the offense.
He added that if someone causes bodily harm to someone else, it has higher punishment than assualt.
He said that if an individual fights someone and causes injury to the person and the person dies within a year and a day, the law says those who caused the injuries are the ones that killed the person except the autopsy says otherwise.
