Chelsea midfielder, Enzo Fernandez has named the footballer he believes can emulate Argentina's Lionel Messi and Portugal's Cristiano Ronaldo.
Speaking to journalist Rodrigo Lara, Fernandez was asked his opinion on who ranks third after Messi and Ronaldo.
The former Benfica star hesitated a bit but named France's Kylian Mbappe.
Fernandez said:
"It's very hard to say, but I think Kylian Mbappe is that type of player."
Fernandez and Mbappe faced off in the final of the 2022 FIFA World Cup tie between Argentina and France.
Argentina eventually won 4-2 on penalties after an enthralling 3-3 draw after extra time.
Mbappe single-handedly kept France in the match with a heroic hat-trick, while Messi's brace and Angel Di Maria's goal put La Albiceleste in a strong position.
