Getafe reacted after rival supporters chanted for Mason Greenwood to 'die'.
The supporters on different La Liga matches chanted the player's name, wishing him death.
The player is on loan from Manchester United after rape charges against him were dropped.
The forward moved to Getafe on the final day of the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils decided to allow the player to go and restart his career elsewhere.
Greenwood was targeted by Osasuna supporters during his debut for Getafe earlier in September.
He was targeted again during Getafe's 2-2 draw with Athletic Bilbao last night.
The fans keep chanting 'Greenwood, die', from the at San Mames.
The Spanish modest side has now issued a statement condemning the actions of the opposing fans.
"Getafe CF wants to express its total disapproval of the derogatory and intolerant chants, especially serious insults, which have been occurring repeatedly during the days of the LaLiga EASports National Championship and which damage the image and also the morale of our players and coaches.
"Some insulting chants, outside any civic context, aggravated with criticism that we respect as freedom of expression, from a sporting point of view, but that we do NOT share when derogatory qualifiers, insults and disrespect are attributed to the members of that critical movement of the Getafe CF squad and coaching staff. Likewise, we ask for camaraderie, with your statements, among the players who make up the passionate world of football.
"We cannot remain immobile and as mere observers, even more so when this current of opinion seeks to condition the arbitration group and its possible decision-making. A behavior, reiterated in this start of LaLiga EASports that we observe with disbelief and that is out of place.
"The players and coaches of Getafe CF, as top-level professionals, participate in this spectacle and are aware of the media impact of playing in the best league in the world.
"But, beyond that, they are people with feelings, who have family and friends who suffer with them and deserve the respect that we ask for without fissures in this statement.
"All of this seriously damages the image of our club, the competition and the professionals who make it up.
"Getafe CF has ALWAYS been known for being a team that respects organizations, rivals and other members of the world of football. But, seeing the seriousness of the events, the time has come to raise our voice and defend the honorability of our players and coaches.
"Getafe CF against violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport."
