Nigerian lawyer recounts how he was allegedly assaulted by DSS officers while visiting their office with one of his client

A Nigerian lawyer, Douglas Ogbankwa, has taken to X to recount how he was allegedly assaulted by DSS officials when he visited their office with one of his clients.

In a post shared on his handle, Douglas said trouble started when he insisted on accompanying his client who was asked to visit to the station to write his statement about an incident.

He said one of the DSS officials wasn't pleased about him accompanying his client and allegedly assaulted him. He alleged that he was also threatened to be shot dead and that nothing will happen.
