Marlian Music's Afeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has responded to allegations linking him to the death of late singer MohBad (Ilerioluwa Aloba). MohBad, who was once part of the Marlian Music label, tragically passed away at the age of 27.
Before his demise, MohBad had publicly claimed that he was assaulted by individuals allegedly sent by Naira Marley and his associate, Samson Eletu (Sam Larry). Responding to these allegations, Naira Marley released a statement on his Instagram page.
In his statement, Naira Marley denied any involvement in MohBad's death and emphasized that, although they had disagreements while working together, it never escalated to the level some have suggested. He also mentioned that they were in the process of legally resolving their business disputes before MohBad's passing.
The statement sought to clarify the situation and dispel any misconceptions surrounding the matter.
