"Self-respect is bad for romance" Twitter users explain how refusing to be a "mumu" has kept them single

Twitter users have pointed out that it is important to be a "mumu small" in order to maintain a romantic relationship.

It began with user Ozzy Etomi tweeting: "Self respect is bad for romance."

She added: "That's why I'm always single. I need to shut my third eye."

"I've been single for 7 years so trust me I know. If you no mumu small, omo nothing for you o," another Twitter user wrote.
