While speaking On the God and the God on the Cross, the cleric reportedly stated that "One of the major difference between the Jewish religion and their neighboring countries is that the Hebrew God wasn't a deity consulted to solve problems, he was a supernatural being in quest of fellowship and relationship with a people. He did make some mighty interventions at critical moments of their lives, but he was never worshipped for miracles and solutions. No Prophet In Israel Conducted 'miracle' Service Where People Came To Seek Healing, Get Wives Or Husbands or husbands, get breakthrough or prosperity, never. The miracles that happened were byproducts of the relationship established and special interventions.
Speaking further he said "The author of the New Testament, the Lord Jesus Christ himself remains the greatest miracle worker, yet he never insinuated or taught that God must be sought or worshipped for miracles. He never organized 'miracle' crusades too, he just healed the sick and exercised the possessed as they come, in the course of preaching the gospel. He Did not only preach the Cross, but he also died on it and made it the center of redemption and the gospel. Paul says I glory in nothing else but the cross of Christ. Today, we seek the glory of miracles, ministries flourish by the advertisement of miracles, and the offer of miracles.
Speaking further he said, "In our consciousness, mentality and worship, the 'God' made in our own image is steadily and efficaciously replacing the God who made us in his image. The difference between those two and the people who serve them is the GOSPEL OF THE CROSS. One is an ATM whose code is owned, copyrighted and parented by the "powerful ministers" while the other is the Almighty God who is in a relationship with his children.
