Ex-Liverpool winger Ryan Kent involved in bizarre job placement as he is said to be in search for a 'crocodile-sitter'.
Former Liverpool winger Ryan Kent has reportedly put out an ad, saying he is in search of a babysitter for his crocodile.
The 26-year-old came up through the ranks at Liverpool before moving to Ibrox permanently in 2019. He recently completed a transfer as a free agent to Fenerbahce in Turkey.
What happened
The winger joined the Turkish Super Lig giants last month, and if the recent reports are anything to go by, he is still settling in.
According to The Sun, Kent owns a pet crocodile and now seeks a 'babysitter' in his new location for the animal.
He is said to have made the vacancy public, with several publications marvelling at the bizarre nature of the job posting.
However, Kent's search for a crocodile-sitter does not come as a surprise to some, as he is known to have a keen interest in wild animals.
His captain during his stay at Rangers, James Tavernier, is reported to have once revealed that Kent owned two Crocodiles.
He is even said to have bought a small snake for his former Rangers teammate Nikola Katic as a Christmas present when he was on loan at Ibrox in 2018.
Although he is still getting used to life in a new city, Kent has already settled to some extent on the field, scoring in his debut for The Yellow Canaries in the Conference League qualifiers.
