Saudi Arabian giants Al Ittihad have set sight on another Liverpool player with Mo Salah set to also join the club.
Saudi Arabian club side Al-Ittihad are not done with Premier League side Liverpool and their players this summer.
Ittihad have reportedly approached Liverpool for defender Ibrahima Konate ahead of the final days of the summer window.
Konate is the latest Liverpool star linked with the Saudi Pro League following a reported shock move for superstar Mohamed Salah.
Konate at Liverpool
The 24-year-old joined the Reds two years ago from Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.
Konate has become an important part of Jurgen Klopp's side and has three years left on his current contract.
However, the Frenchman has appeared on the radar of Saudi side Ittihad per a Daily Mail report.
Konate has emerged as the latest Liverpool star who has attracted interest from the Saudi champions who have already signed defensive midfielder Fabinho.
He was on the pitch as ten-man Liverpool, who had his centre-back partner Virgil van Dijk, sent off in the come-from-behind win at Newcastle United.
Salah to Ittihad
Konate is not the only play the Saudi Pro League defending champions are looking to prise away from Liverpool.
The club has also set sight on Liverpool's main man and club legend Mohamed Salah.
Salah, 31, has emerged as a big summer move to the Pro League, with Ittihad ready to splash over 100 million pounds for the Egyptian star.
As reported by Pulse Sports, Salah has already sounded the Reds about his willingness to switch to the Pro League.
Ittihad have now added Konate to the mix but it is left to be seen if the Saudi giants will be successful in the bid to raid Liverpool of two of their most important players with just a few days to the end of the transfer window.
