A member of a kidnap gang who was arrested while he was about to sell the vehicle of a kidnap victim has told policemen from the Anambra State Police Command that he was sent from their camp to sell the vehicle.
The kidnapper, whose name was given as Chukwuebuka Esulo, was arrested by the operatives when they were alerted about his plan to look for a buyer in Agulu, Anaocha Local Government Area, for a black Mercedes Benz Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV).

However, while the man was seeking for a buyer, police operatives were said to have swooped on him and he was eventually arrested while the vehicle was recovered from him.
