Popular Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu has shared her thoughts on an executive council made up of the 10th Assembly Senators' wives.
The Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels took to her Instagram page to announce that she had bagged an appointment.
The youngest wife of Senator Ned Nwoko disclosed that she has been appointed the Social Secretary of the 10th Assembly Senators' Wives Forum Executive Council.
Her appointment was made during the first inaugural meeting of the 10th Senator's wives association of Nigeria, hosted by Ekaette Akpabio, the wife of the Senate President of Nigeria.
The meeting primarily focused on ways to support senators, their spouses, and the First Lady of the federation in serving the great people of Nigeria more effectively.
"I was also made the social secretary of the forum, I look forward to a great Nigeria," Regina Daniels posted.
However, Yesufu who seemed displeased with the Council, lamented that governance has turned to a joke in the country.
She wondered if there would also be a 10th Assembly Senator's Husbands Forum.
She wrote, "What is good for the goose should also be good for the gander!
"There should be a 10th Assembly Senator's Husbands Forum since we like a lot of nonsensical nonsense in this country.
"Governance is a like a joke to us."
