Germany international Sophia Kleinherne has used one prominent example from the male game to praise the female game.
In an interview with Playboy, she said: "It's not a criticism of the men's game that generates so much interest. But we get inspired by our game.
"I believe we don't take so much advantage of certain situations [like men do]. I don't know a female Neymar, someone who spends 2-3 minutes lying on the floor."
Neymar is known for exaggerating some of the knocks he takes during games. At one point, even the late Pele found it hard to defend Neymar's simulations.
The Brazilian is one of the most technically-gifted footballers in the world which makes him a regular target but some of his dives are too much, as emphasised by the Germany star Kleinherne.
