Benfica president, Rui Costa, has said Manchester United will pay the £69 million they are demanding for striker Goncalo Ramos, according to Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manha.
The 22-year-old is being chased by several top clubs after bagging 27 goals and 12 assists last season.
Costa believes United will pay up for the Portugal international after they rejected an offer worth around £52 million from an unnamed club.
United tried to sign Ramos in the January transfer window, but had to settle for Wout Weghorst on loan, because of a lack of funds.
Ramos' 19 league goals helped fire Benfica to the Primeira League title last season and he reached the Champions League quarter-finals with them for the second season running.
