Manchester United have reportedly discarded their contract agreement with goalkeeper David de Gea amid Inter Milan keeper Andre Onana's potential arrival at Old Trafford.
We recall that Man United have made a concrete move for Onana and are hoping to secure a £43 million deal for the goalkeeper's signature.
De Gea had signed a new contract with Manchester United, only for the Red Devils to retract their offer.
That is according to The Athletic, which has now provided clarity on De Gea's future at Old Trafford.
De Gea was reportedly offered a substantial pay cut to extend his stay at Man United, something the Spaniard willingly took up.
The 32-year-old's current contract expires this summer, although Man United have the option to extend it for another 12 months.
But now Man United are reducing the salary offer even further as they continue to target Onana.
