Barcelona president, Joan Laporta has reportedly offered Chelsea the chance to sign Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati this summer.
Chelsea were also told that the two players they wanted - Raphinha and Jules Kounde were not for sale.
As per a report in El Nacional, the Blues were only interested in signing Raphinha and Kounde, and as a result, they missed out on signing Torres and Fati last summer.
The west London club want to strengthen their squad and see Raphinha and Kounde as the perfect fit for manager Mauricio Pochettino's side.
However, Barcelona are not willing to sell the pair and have offered the Premier League giant the chance to sign Fati and Torres instead.
But both players have been rejected by Chelsea as they are not part of their future plans.
The report added that Manchester United are interested in signing Fati this summer, while Torres has been linked with Arsenal.
