Inter goalkeeper Andre Onana would prefer a move to Manchester United over Chelsea, according to reports.
United head into the summer needing to solve their goalkeeper situation as David de Gea is out of contract at the end of the month and could leave Old Trafford on a free transfer.
Erik ten Hag is also keen to recruit a new goalkeeper with a better distribution than De Gea, who also faced criticism last season following several high-profile errors.
Chelsea, meanwhile, are also looking to recruit a new goalkeeper this summer and are open to offers for Edouard Mendy and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
According to The Guardian, both Chelsea and United have approached Inter over a deal for Onana this summer but it's claimed that the Cameroon international favours a move to Old Trafford if given the choice.
The report also claims that United are targeting Porto's Diogo Costa as an alternative to Onana.
Onana joined Inter on a free transfer from Ajax last summer and it's understood that the Champions League finalists value the 27-year-old at £50 million.
Speaking last month, Onana's agent indicated that the goalkeeper would not push for a move away from Inter this summer.
'He still has a long contract, don't worry,' Albert Botines told TVPLAY_CMIT.
'He's very happy, he's playing for the strongest team in Italy.'
Chelsea and Inter have also held talks over deals for Romelu Lukaku and Kalidou Koulibaly.
