Netizens call for the need for Child Protective Services in Nigeria following a viral video of a young mother who rocked matching dyed hair with her baby.
A video making the rounds a social media captured a mother showing off the state of her child after changing the colour of her hair.
The child was seen with golden hair from applying chemical bleaching agents. The mother expressed joy while at it in the short video.
This however triggered a call for an agency in Nigeria just like in the United States of America responsible for providing child protection.
