Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has warned Erling Haaland over giving up penalty duties in future.
The Premier League champions defeated Leeds 2-1 on Saturday to go four points clear of Arsenal at the top.
After Ilkay Gundogan scored a brace to make it 2-0, City were awarded a penalty.
Haaland gave up the chance to get on the scoresheet to help Gundogan complete his hat-trick. But the German struck his effort against the woodwork.
A minute later, the visitors pulled on back through Rodrigo, to make the final moments uncomfortable for City.
"If it is 4-0 with 10 minutes left, OK. But at 2-0? Erling is the best penalty taker right now so he has to take it.
"If Gundo scores, everyone is 'OK, hat-trick, well done'. But a taker is a taker. At 2-0, this is a business, not a situation where we cannot forget it," Guardiola said.
