Manchester United legend, Paul Scholes has identified Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante as the player who can help manager Frank Lampard get permanent Blues managerial job at Stamford Bridge.
Lampard was named Chelsea's caretaker manager for the rest of the season after the sacking of Graham Potter.
However, Scholes believes it is good for Lampard to have Kante in his squad, admitting that he was surprised by his return to Chelsea.
He also said that the former midfield maestro could take his opportunity at the west London club.
"I was a bit surprised [by Lampard's return], especially with the way it ended at Chelsea," Scholes told BT Sport.
"His Everton time did not go great, but you can't blame Frank, he has got to take this opportunity.
"One thing that is good for Frank is they have got N'Golo Kante back. He's only played two games but makes a huge difference to the team."
