Former Paris Saint-Germain and Tottenham Hotspur boss, Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly leading the race to succeed Carlo Ancelotti as the next Real Madrid manager.
According to journalist Jorge C Picon, Pochettino is in pole position ahead of the club's legend Raul as Real Madrid draws up a list of candidates who could replace Ancelotti in the near future.
The Argentine gaffer has been out of a job since last summer after he was dismissed by PSG.
However, Real Madrid are not the only club chasing Pochettino's signature, as Tottenham are also keeping tabs on their former manager after Antonio Conte was relieved of his duty earlier this week.
Ancelotti has already confirmed that he has no plans of quitting his role at Real Madrid, but reports suggested that the Los Blancos will sack him if they don't win La Liga or the UEFA Champions League this season.
