The governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, triggers reactions after being spotted at a Church exchanging pleasantries with members.
This comes ahead of the March 18 election where Babajide Sanwo-Olu, a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), will compete for the governorship of Lagos against Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour of the Labour Party, Funso Doherty of the Africa Democratic Congress, Abdulazeez Adediran of the Peoples Democratic Party, and 11 others.
In a video making the rounds on social media, the incumbent governor was seen exchanging handshakes with members.
The gesture of Sanwo-Olu, however, was termed desperate by social media users who mocked the governor for losing confidence in his chances to being re-elected.
