Chelsea is willing to offer Victor Osimhen massive wages to lure the Nigerian from Serie A club, Napoli this summer.
Manchester United are also reportedly interested in the 24-year-old.
According to Football London, the Blues are ready to double Osimhen's current salary at Napoli to secure his signing ahead of Manchester United.
The two clubs are desperate to bolster their attack this summer.
Chelsea in particular has struggled in front of goal this season.
Osimhen has been in the news this season following his impressive displays for Napoli.
He has scored 19 goals in 21 league appearances for the Partenopei.
