"It is about to be an iconic moment" - Tiwa Savage says as she makes acting debut in upcoming feature film

Nigerian music icon, Tiwatope Savage, popularly known as Tiwa Savage, will be making her acting debut in an upcoming feature film.

The 43-year-old made this known in a post on her Instagram page on Wednesday, February 15.

According to her, the upcoming movie titled "Water and Garri" got its name from her 2021 extended playlist. she also revealed that she co-directed the movie with ace video director Meji Alabi.

Sharing photos of her on set with directors, Tiwa Savage wrote, "This is about to be an ICONIC moment. My first calling and co-directing debut with the GOAT @meji Alabi."
