Manchester United manager, Erik ten Hag, has given reasons the club will not appeal Casemiro's red card against Crystal Palace.
Casemiro was sent off in the second half of the game at Old Trafford following a VAR review.
The Brazilian was deemed to have grabbed Eagles midfielder Will Hughes by the throat.
United could have appealed against the decision as it was a straight red, but they would have run the risk of seeing the three-match ban extended.
Ten Hag was asked on Tuesday if United had considered contesting the ruling.
He replied:
"Consider, yeah. Still it's not the right decision but I don't think we have a chance in a legal process.
"I always have to play with the players who are available and we have a squad, we have many good players in our squad who are also not playing in the starting XI and I have to do it. After a game I can't say Casemiro is not there."
