Physically challenged student dances joyfully as she graduates from UNIPORT (video)

A physically challenged lady, Cindy Chilaka has celebrated her graduation from the University of Port Harcourt.

Chilaka, who is also a hairstylist, posted a video of herself dancing after she finished her final examinations on January 25, 2023.

"Congratulations to me. Latest Graduate. What God cannot do does not exist." she captioned the video.
