Chelsea will allow Timo Werner to leave the club this summer - but only after they find a replacement for the Germany international.
The former RB Leipzig striker is keen on more playing time and he suggested on the club's pre-season tour of the United States that he was open to moving on.
Werner joined the club in a £52m deal from Leipzig two years ago but he's failed to impress at Stamford Bridge, scoring 23 goals in 90 appearances for the Blues.
Both Juventus and Leipzig have shown interest in signing Werner, who wants first-team football before the World Cup in November.
After allowing Romelu Lukaku to return to Inter Milan, Chelsea signed Raheem Sterling in a £50m deal from Manchester City.
There is doubts over Hakim Ziyech's future, with Thomas Tuchel open to letting the winger leave.
The same goes for Werner but the Daily Mail say that Chelsea want a replacement signed before they let the German go.
But Tuchel's priority remains signing a centre-back as the club's pursuit of Jules Kounde looks destined for failure.
Chelsea thought they had secured the Frenchman's signature but his preference is to join Barcelona.
The Catalans are unwilling to match Chelsea's £55m offer but Kounde's desire to move to the Camp Nou appears to have given the La Liga giants victory.
The Blues have switched their attention to Leicester City ace Wesley Fofana but Leicester will demand upwards of £60m for the Frenchman.
